The courses available are;

  • BA (HONS) in Musical Theatre 3 years from 17yrs
  • BA (HONS) in Dance 3 years from 17yrs
  • CERT HE in Musical Theatre Level 4 1 year from 16 yrs
  • Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre Level 6 (3 year) from 16 yrs
  • Diploma in Professional Dance Level 5 (2 Year)  from 16 yrs
  • Diploma in Professional Dance Level 6 (3 year)   from 16 yrs
  • BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts Practice in Dance (2 year) from 16 yrs – 19 yrs
  • Diploma in Dance Education Level 4 (2 year) By invitation

Entrance to Liverpool Theatre school for students is via audition only. All of our courses are available to 16 years+ except BA HONS which is 17 years+
LTS auditions all applicants and our audition process is designed to access your potential as a performer and your suitability for our courses.
Once you complete and submit you will receive a confirmation email from auditions@liverpooltheatreschool.co.uk and will be asked to book your audition date subject to availability, and pay the audition fee of £20, applications without payment will not be processed.

If you are unable to attend in person, please follow the online audition criteria below

In the first instance complete an online application form and pay the £20-00 audition fee via the link on the website.

All Video auditions should be provided as a You tube link.

Please include the following

Personal Statement (All Courses)

Record a brief introduction about yourself and reasons for wanting to train at Liverpool Theatre School.

Performance (Dance Courses)

Record yourself performing a solo lyrical dance piece minimum 2 minutes.

Performance (Musical Theatre Courses)

Record yourself performing a solo Musical theatre jazz dance minimum 2 minutes

Record two contrasting songs minimum of 2 minutes per song

Record a monologue suitable for your playing age and post 1960’s

Audition outcome in person will receive written response within 3 weeks.

Online Auditions will receive confirmation within 3 weeks.
